snack / nourishment

I just needed a sweet snack today - peanut M&Ms - and they weren't even very good for some reason. / i know it's only been a week, but i feel good about sticking with my workout plan every day. one thing's for sure, it's made me hungrier for breakfast (scrambled eggs, cheerios with soy milk, and a banana (apple for a snack later).

if they had been cherry m&m's then i am sure they would have satisfied you!

breakfast has always been my favourite meal of the day. this morning my husband brought me scrambled eggs in bed. just gotta love him for that!

It's a sweet space you share here.

I was so motivated over the holidays to work out, and I'm afraid I'm getting lazy again.

I'm glad you came by synch-ro-ni-zing and said hi. :)

I would have exchanged the M&M's for a chocolate truffle! Mmmm, that breakfast sounds great!

the deep cold snap we're experiencing has left me hungry. for some reason my body thinks that it needs more calories to stay warm, it is obviously not noticing that there is enough, ummm, let's call it fluffiness, to keep me quite comfortable - the colours of the m&m are great.

Life Savers. It works to satisfy the sweet cravings. Keeps your mouth busy while it slowly dissolves. Not to mention a whole lot less calories. Works for me every time. Breakfast, is usually oatmeal with warm milk. (Hugs)Indigo
