spring - wonders i saw today

solo post - L

"Hail in the Spring, a start of new beginnings.
Creativity awe-inspiring gives a reason to be living.
Plant life showing life anew, a wonder to be found.
New born lambs playing in the fields, birds nesting all around
People enjoying the sun and the warmth, feeling good to be alive.
Spring gives a purpose to our lives, a touch of Paradise."
- Kay M. Sutton, Bring in the Spring

I saw ferns today too - but didn't do them justice as I only took my 50mm. I must go back to do them justice as you have.

these shots are just gorgeous.

i used to have ferns just like that in my yard. i had my sister-in-law dig up some of the great many she had in her back yard (i never saw so many in one place). one of the reasons i wanted them most is exactly what you caught in this picture—the adorable way they look when they are just beginning to grow. so cute all curled up. almost like little see creatures—sea horses or something. :) but they are also quite beautiful when they have grown to full size, too.

lovely post.
lovely poem.

As always, I love the pictures. I have never seen a bluebird in my yard.

Spring has sprung!!

Georgia B, this is a bluebird. I have about 5 houses that my dad built for bluebirds and they're supposed to be hung at a specified height to attract the birds
