reality / fantasy

L - Nikon / T - Nikon film camera

Her room awaits her. Taylor will be home this weekend for spring break. I wonder what wonderful things we'll do? One thing on the list: Alice In Wonderland in 3D./ delaying my project seems to have worked out in my favor as athens received one (probably final) bout of snow for the winter. i'm very happy with the outcome of my project as a whole and will be presenting it to my class tomorrow morning, bright and early. i love how the colors in this photo all seem to go together- the pinks and teals. my teacher wants me to venture outside my realm of what seems to be fantasy, but i i love creating other-worldly scenarios. we'll see how she likes this project!

Alice laughed. “There’s no use trying,” she said, “one can’t believe impossible things.”
“I daresay you haven’t had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was your age, I always did it for half-an-hour a day. Why sometimes I believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast!”

i've always loved that quote from Alice. impossible...reminds me of the song from Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella. "impossible things are happening every day"

great shots

Taylor, I love your fantasy realm, too. I love the control it gives you over the entire process, and I love your vision. I hope you'll share your entire project when you finish.

this makes me happy to be a girl, this fantasy full of impossible things, and i am one who imagines impossible things quite often. a looking glass in a tree, one to walk through. beautiful.

Have you seen that car commercial where the car is going down the road and it passes outdoor rooms, such as your project? Makes me think of you every time I see it. I so love this project Taylor.

I can't wait to see Alice!!
