I was on my way home, before dark for a change, and the sky was beautiful. I took a photo and sent it to her (always only at stop lights). I asked her to do the same - she immediately sent me one (she was at home). minutes apart. around 5:22 pm. It's not snow, but it's cold.

This is her page today. Posted in response to Shutter Sisters . I took this self portrait (using a  tripod of course) as part of a school assignment last year. This would have looked entirely different taken in the day time, the background is totally obscure in the darkness. (btw, it was 30 degrees outside that night!)
